Nothing substantial. It's a damp squib. Modi is living up to his Title "Darling of the west". It's was always been rumored that he is hell bent on breaking the Indo-Russian relations before he leaves office. But now it is surely confirmed.

What's funny is News 18 spinning the news that India was never interested in the S-400 deal. Modi-Ambani Bhai-Bhai.

CCS approval is required for closing the deal. CCS clearance does not mean a deal would be closed.
