Because Ambani is into established business of Oil& Gas, Telecom and Retail. And their focus continues to be on that. His 3 kids who would be 3rd gen business person will take up each sector.

Adani OTOH is a First Generation Entrepreneur and he will continue to expand into new areas because he has much less to lose and far more to gain.
