You should read it again. Your Constitution prohibits clearly.
Read Art 41 (2) and 91 (3).
There are many discriminations in your Constitution which you don't even notice and see as normal, but they are discriminatory.

I'm not saying that Pakistan is 100% discrimination free...there are some cases at people to people interactions like in India...The Constitution doesn't allow it. I would look at the Constitution more.
In the same link you can clearly see more Minorities are given seats as compared to their Population...I'm sure this is nondiscriminatory...
As an Islamic State, the President and the Prime Minister must be Muslim...The rest can be Non Muslims then...
In any Democracy a 1-2% population minority can never have a President or Prime Minister anyways...
