ravi u want to know the facts,

beef is banned not because of mercy for the cow alone,it is banned because red meat in hot tropical india makes u lazy and stupid.

when u get old or get a knee injury,u cant work out anymore but u will still want to eat beef.

it has real time concerns,i know many westerners and even argentines give up red meat for the fear of heart attack and colon cancer.

so,please try to analyze things before shouting for liberalism.

The only thing that I find worth praising about Modi is that he believes in his nation and is a hardcore nationalist. Unfortunately in pakistan we have traitors in every field these days, perhaps a rise of nationalist leader like Modi in neighboring india can serve as a wake up call for concerned authorities in pakistan to revive pakistani nationalism of 80s and 90s which has been destroyed by last dictator Musharraf and subsequent regime of zardari.
