One of my worst childhood memories is from Jaipur, we lived there for a while and there was a large open field in front on our colony where we used to play, one morning we found a cow in the middle of the field, it had been hit by a car or something equally big, it lay there for hours while everyone scuttled about it and then died in great pain, there were tears visibly flowing out of its eyes.
It was a humorous jibe you dodo!
The person you're sitting next too in a bus might carry some highly contagious disease, you never know. Mad cow diseases lies in the CNS of the cow, if the standard of meat processing is high enough, it can be very well be avoided.
