We are talking of gold standard protein, not just natural food, whey is a natural substance, the process only concentrates it because it is available in such small quantities (doodh ka chanch is whey).

The gold standard protein has always been whey, AND I STATED CLEARLY THAT MILK DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH OF IT TO CREATE AN ANABOLIC EFFECT, BUT UNLESS YOU'RE LACTOSE INTOLERANT YOU MUST DRINK MILK.
