One article is not enough. Even this article specifically mentions the type of radar they are mentioning: sea surface and low altitude radars.

There are multiple types of radars, those developed in 60s and 70s and those developed in last 10-20 years. Which ones is this referring to? One would imagine that if there was any truth to what Modi said than the bakhts would have jumped this defence in much greater numbers than they have so far. All of them seem to be referencing this one article, but can't find anything else.

The bigger deal would be if military specialists, especially those that are or have been part of airforces around the world agree with Modi. If you can find that, that would be something.
