The whole episode need not be taken too seriously as the CBI is just going through the motions to satisfy the political master. The chargesheet is not just weak -- it is fatally flawed in the absence of mens rea and will be thrown out at the first hearing. The CBI must be in a terrible bind for they cannot elaborate the reasons for the killing -- for to do so will need an admission that the killed were terrorists. Also, the defense could summon the entire IB brass and that would be terribly embarrassing. Even the Home Minister may be called as he is always in the IB loop.

Killings are far more common in many other states and the reason why they dont come to light is because the biased media focuses its attention on Gujarat.Your list of wrongs is nothing new...and neither is it any impressive.
