Indeed, the time to act is now. Mere rhetoric won't cut it. Pakistan needs to take steps like you mentioned and even rattle the afghan trade through Pakistan and Afghan peace process to make US realize the fall out could be disastrous for the whole region.

I was just pointing at some legal voices from India who may challenge the strike down of 370 in their courts as proceedure adopted for strike down is deemed unconstitutional.

In the absence of the state assembly, the Parliament is now directly responsible for all the laws to be amended/implemented in the state. Since there is no functioning assembly in J&K, the Parliament is fully empowered to modify/scrap Article 370, Shah said.

That may be your POV that you should adhere to but I don't agree with it. Pakistan was bracing for this since Modi's reelection and FM of Pakistan has been writing to members of UNSC about it.

What we can do in our constitution, they can too in theirs but that does not mean our defeat or theirs.

Seems like you have too much to catch-up but want to have it all at once. The issue is in regard to Kashmir and Pakistan support Kashmir struggle for their right of determination. The questions like do you believe etc etc is nothing but merely wasting my time as well. Don't mind but I don't have much time to feed such kind of troll exhibits. Instead of generalizing too much and bringing the whole world into this, why shouldn't you try to stick with the topic at hand.

The point you are heading, may result in damage. So, try to pick something worthy to discuss. No one is claiming to remain separate from Pakistan except of Modi's dogs aka BRA/BRF/BLA/TTP etc groups so, there is no need to play with words.
