If you look at the opposition, not many people agree with it, but if Assad actually cared about his supporters (Alawites) he wouldn't bomb Eastern Ghouta anymore, meaning this would be a de-facto NFZ. But, Assad doesn't care and he'll bomb it anyway most likely.
