i really doubt that india would send weapon through pak. i really doubt that india has any interest in arming taliban or BLA, but banning india is easier said that done of course unless pak wants to suffer the consequences .

There are some international Agreement on that. You can't do whatever you what. Anyway these economically regressive steps u are suggesting will only hurt already weak Pak economy.
