Mission Accomplished!

it will be quite difficult to remove the US completely out of Syria, first of all obviously an all out battle with the US would be like suicide, so the best option is to take out the oil trucks instead of directly attacking the US forces, ofcourse there is a chance the oil truck convoys would be accompanied by US soldiers but regardless... all that is needed is to take out just the oil trucks, since Syria/Russia doing it themselves is not even an option therefore it has to be done though Iranian or pro Iranian forces through asymmetric warfare, through the use of precision medium range missiles fired from Homs or Deir ezzor, the US ofcourse won't sit idly by & would intiate airstrikes however they would only be retaliatory strikes, highly unlikely that they would launch full scale invasion if one or two oil trucks are taken out each week.

8 years , 500k death and a country split in 4... Just because A retard couldn't/wouldn't engage the most basic Reforms to appease the protest... but decide to just fire at/fight the protesters... till they answered fire with fire...

May Allah never EVER forgive him. May his soul dwell for ever in the lowest level of Hell... Inshallah.
The regard offered free elections some others didn't. Accept it.

While I am no Assad apologist, my observation revealed that the uprising was manipulated from different angles. The Syria opposition also failed to unify under one umbrella to the point there were 300 groups at some point. The end result was the destruction of Syria and the death of close to 1 million people, plus millions more becoming refugees.

To move forward, the Syrian government led by Bashar al-Assad should accommodate the opposition demands, accept constitution review, and free and fair election should take place in Syria. It is obvious he can't continue ruling while the majority of the people feel humiliated and defeated.

Back to the original story, the oil belongs to the people of Syria, and US military has no business of seizing it. It is a daytime robbery. It seems ISIS was just an excuse and the goal pursued was seizing Syria's natural resources.

In the first days, ASSad refused every Reforms, and radical measures were taken... the Army was sent and we all know the result...
We both know that ASSad does not want to step down... and everything coming from him to pave the way to a change is impossible... remember 2014 election in Syria... Where ASSad PERSONALLY accepted who will run against him... from the Druze minority... and he made somthing like 85%ish... With voting restricted to ONLY the people under him...

The World knows what is the solution in Syria... Removing Assad... Many countries involved did thought about it in the early days, even Russia did... but failed...

As for the Oil... that is useless... The US used that oil escuse to keep Trump on the same page... like when you promise a candy to kid... That oil is not even enough for Syria alone... I'm pretty sure My backyard have more potential...

Openly plundering other countries natural resources. Imagine if Pakistan didn't have nukes we would have been invaded from all sides.

But imagine an opposition made up of 300 groups, fighting each other, and no conformity on how they'll replace the Baathist-led government. Why would you start a war and destruction of a country if you have no unity amongst you? This was madness.

Additionally, my understanding is Muslims shouldn't revolt against a ruler unless he denies them to conduct daily prayers. As far as I know, Bashar al-Assad never denied the people of Syria to conduct prayers. And the hikma behind that is the suffering and fitna that follows from such an uprising far outweighs the benefits. I'm a believer that Syrians, just like Libyans and Somalis, were duped to conduct an uprising while there was no unanimity amongst the opposition, and the goal of the forces behind this was the destruction of Syria.

Let us also not forget after 2006 Hezbollah - Israeli war, a plan was hatched to destabilize Syria, since it was the only Arab country that supported the Lebanese resistance. On several occasions, Assad was told to sever ties with Hezbollah and Palestinian resistance groups. He refused. We then have this war even though the average Syrian thought they were getting rid of a dictator; the so-called leaders in the rebel groups, however, had contacts with different outside powers.

In sum, the pain and suffering that was imposed on the people of Syria wasn't worthy of the so-called "revolution". That being said, Syria needs change of guards and hopefully Assad's backers, particularly Russians, will realize it. He could have prevented the destruction of the country by promising reforms and handing over power to others in the Ba'ath party. But he didn't. We now have a country destroyed and enormous suffering. Very sad indeed.

In a dictator country amongst Arab nation ther is one person to be elected then the dictator. You call that election:-)?
When you boycott it then it's guaranteed that the one who did participate win.

There is very little oil in Syria and infrastructures are destroyed. For large state like US they dont worse anything but for Assad aka Khamenai aka Putin aka ISIS militias they are very important.

The FSA came close to destroying Bashar until the Kurds and Isis ruined it.

After this the rebels also fought among themselves then you have Russian intervention and the Iranians bolstered it even more to prop up Bashar.

Syrian civil war was nothing more than a quagmire basically a clusterfck.
