What's new

Miss Fatima Jinnah's election campaign in East Pakistan in 1965.

. . . .
Only some people share that opinion.

Its more shameful then...We lost our country and we don't care or regret? All the sacrifices of people to get Pakistan as what it was in 1947 and then broken in 1971? and what about all the people who lost their lives in defending united Pakistan ??

I think there is much critical and objective thinking needed over Bengal. A lot of our pre concieved notions of muslim bhai, bhai were proven utterly wrong. Islam is not the only thing gluing society. There needs to be tact and an understanding of the various ethnic groups need and wants. Balochistan is as mishandled as is Bengal, thanks to people who jailed Baloch leaders.

Only if we hadn't lost East Pakistan...What a shame for us....

isnt it true that pakistanis and bangladeshis have nothing in common with each other beside religion ?

like pakistanis are mostly irano Indo aryan with large Arabic Turkic influence ? (1 million mughals settled in north west punjab alone !)
while bangladeshis are mostly tribals .

pakistanis are connected with west asia sonce birth of IVC and with islamic civilization since qasim invaded in 650s.

pakistanis are mostly west asian or west asian influenced people. with west asian language and script, culture and food.

this is why founding fathers of pakistan wanted 2 different muslim nations pakistan and bangistan. am i right @Kaptaan saab ?

It was bound to happen, There is no place for Bengali or Punjabi nationalism in Pakistan..

Not place for any kind of ethnic nationalism...be it our Muhajir or Sindhi or Pashtun/Baluch or Gilgiti........We need to do something good for Pakistan as a unit...Its time now. Its fucking time now...
