Quite frankly it seems that the pakistan plan was to nudge the chinese and the kazaks to seat IK next to putin and sneakily make a video and use it for propaganda to compensate for any meaningful take back from the SCO meet.

The video was clearly made by a pakistani diplomat who was in the camber where world leaders sit and even then the Video is just a few seconds long, edited to show only the part where Modi glances to his right and IK trying to engage putin animatedly. Probably for the video shoot which appears to be pre arranged.

Same being true for the Photo ops where IK seems to go over and beyond to engage with Putin so that he looks important on camera.

Is this what the pakistani public expect from their foreign office and PM ?

Its embarrassing to say the least.
