Who is making such statement!The church that was burnt is still under investigation,plus from where did you get the burning of Bible news!!Look mate,don't try to play the victim card here,nobody is making any threat to the Christian community here in India,it's just some "Secular" media that are spreading false propaganda against the Union Govt. to incite communal hatred among the communities.The only thing that we are against is forceful/coercive conversions that are being done by those shameless foreign Evangelists in this country.If they stop such forceful/coercive conversions then there won't be any problem in this matter.

On a serious note - I believe Hinduism will perish in India, in a couple of centuries from now. We don't deserve to enjoy this rich a culture and value system.

Hinduism will never perish. It is in the hearts and blood of Indians. We may be Christian by faith but in our hearts we believe in the culture and traditions of our great country.

Christians are very clear about their priorities. Country comes first.

Of course you have every right to expect things. But the Government has its base of supporters. It is natural that they will try to satisfy their requirements on a priority. Like Manmohan Singh declared that Muslims have the first right to the national resources of India. Each party tries to live up to the expectations of its supporters first. That is a drawback of Parliamentary democracy.

Do you really think I am congress supporter? I am talking about the BJP's tall claims and their U turns.. They did promise us to bring back black money with in 100 days right? Where is it now? Why there was no action when our soldiers were killed by so called freedom fighters supported by our neighbours? What exactly was the tit for tat response? Whining infront of the media?

Just saying some facts ,No governments fulfilled its promises in past 67 years ,But you want bjP government to fulfill its promises( or atleast half) in six months ....What action do you expect ? cross border strike or similar action ...do you forgot recent border firing "bullet for bullet" reply was given by our forces and GoI gave them all support (unlike past regimes) ...There is no such 100 days black money claim on BJP's election manifesto ,SIT is formed to look into Black money issue and the Government will support it do you have any better suggestion than SIT

I fully agree with you. I too do not want whole Christian community to be blamed for the dubious activities of these so called Evangelists. I say, probe their source of income and if found guilty, send them to jail.

That's an Abrahamic concept - destroying other institutions of worship or appropriating them. It is best to convert it to a school and make everyone study there. UP is notorious for illiteracy.

Nowhere in Bible it is stated that places of worship is to be burned. It is not applicable in Christianity at least.

As for converting such Churches to school for the benefit of illiterates, I say you can also convert temples to such schools. There are not too many churches in UP, it wont be too beneficial for education purpose. There are temples in all nook and corners of India. Why not convert them too?

Dude, dont be surprised by the discrimination here.. It was there for a long time.. First it was covertly, then it become open. Somehow, even the old practices of Hinduism is also because of Christians faults. Its the new version mate.. Everything is re written..

One lady was saying like we were from Europe and Hinduism did a favour to me by allowing me to stay here.. Hindus from other country have more privilages than us and we are becoming second class citizens..

The U-turn didnt come up all of a sudden.. Its what I am seeing from the day Modi government came to power.. Where is the black money they promised to deliver with in 100 days? Where was the retaliation when soldiers died in the border.. You do remember the tall claims.. right?

Ohh come on mate,did you seriously think that this Govt. could bring back all the "black money" from the Swiss banks in a matter of 100 days!Those were promises made during the elections and we all know that all political parties make such "tall" promises,but hey at least they are sincere on their commitment.The Govt. soon after it's formation decalred the formation of a S.I.T. on this issue and after much bargaining got a partial list of people who had stacked "black money" in Swiss banks from Switzerland itself which in itself is a remarkable feat.Now they have handed over the names to the S.C. who will personally supervise the entire investigations from now on.
Now let us come to the death of those soldiers.The Govt. promptly authorised the Military to respond appropriately against the Pakistani aggression using whatever force they deemed necessary in the course of action.Hence after getting total freedom our Military literally gave a befitting reply to our Western adversary who has lost around two dozen officers and men in the retaliatory fire(according to unofficial sources).So what more did you expect from our P.M. in this case!Did you want him to declare an all out war against Pakistan at a time when our Economy is going through a tough time because of the slow market growth and in the process totally ruin the chance of recovery!!
