These are human failings.
If you believe their is one God and Prophet Muhammad s.a.w is his final messenger then you are a Muslim, not a very good one admittedly, but a Muslim nonetheless.
If everyone had to be perfect before they were considered a Muslim, then there wouldn't be a single Muslim on Earth.
