Who is this guy?
Turkish FM wil visit Baghdad, and Arbil
Why would Iran and Turkey release such a detailed plan to the public before any attack happens, this whole report seems dodgy or fakeIts a lot for translate but I will give you short summary. Turkey and Iran plan the operation in Northern Iraq on 3 stages and the operation will be conducted with the model of the operation of Srilankan army against the terrorist organization Tamil Tigers that targeted and killed the leaders of the organization and shut down their activities. Turkey and Iran are trying to get to 7 point agreement over the regional security issues. The negotiations will go on till 5th September. If Iran and Turkey agree on the points there will be operation against PKK and its wings over 9 strategic areas of Kandil mountain and over 4 strategic areas of Sinjar. In the first stage Turkish Air Force will launch 8-10 day operation over 48 camps and 19 camps that are close to the Turkish border will be first priority targets. The second stage of the operation will include 42 000 iranian soldiers that will be deployed on and behind the front. They will target the areas on the Iranian border and will continue the operation all the way to Kandil. With the situation in the mountain and the bad terrain there Turkey is expected to act with high trained soldiers in small teams most likely Commando and Special forces will be participating. The Turkish Air Force will give the support needed from the air trough all the stages of the operation. In the 3th stage the Turkish Armed Forces and MIT will conduct operations in important areas like Zap, Avasin and Caykurna. The other part of the wide scale operation will be Sinjar. The operation in Sinjar will be conducted by the Turkish Armed Forces and the participation of Hashdi Shaabi is being discussed. There will be 7 camps in Sinjar that will be high priority targets. The operation is planned to start in the month of October and is expected to end in like the second week of December. While the operation is being conducted the Iranian forces will close 28 strategic ways out of Kandil in order to prevent the run of the terrorist leaders to Iran. The operation will target to shut down and destroy PKK. Iran and Turkey are discussing a Iranian base that will stay in Kandil for at least 5 years after the operation in order to prevent the organization to rise again. Damn I am good!
This Hakikat guy has problems, mental problems. He thinks he's a philosopher and he hates Shia. All in all he's just another low iq sheep in TurkeyOh my ....
So the American Israeli desire for stablishing of the great kurdistan is turned to nightmare about Iranian Turkish collaboration in their dream land!!!
Wake up man! Muslim countries knock Irans doors when they are in trouble. Iraq wasnt the exception. We helped their sunnis and shias to get liberated from IS dominance. Turkey has similar situation and we didnt refute to help you guys.
Turkeys sovereignty is our redline in that region, the same about iraq and syria.
We will slap USA with helping all of Muslim countries.
I think he is a mega pro Erdogan. Well he has his own ideas, you know, these guys want Turkey to have the power of Ottoman empire and IMO Turkey's strength is not bad in any case. An educated strong neighbor benefits us the most but the problem emerges when these guys become eager to have Ottoman empire's boundaries to be restored. This Hakikat guy has problems, mental problems. It is not a good idea and it will weaken all of us, including Syria, Iraq, Iran and Turkey. On the other hand strengthens rats of PKK, YPG and other barbarian terrorists that prefer to live in deep mountains like saharan rats and make problems for sovereign countries.
Anyways i wanna good relations with Turkey, safe boundaries and no terrorists indeed.

Iran rejected to fight against pkk, what are you talking about.
Iran isn't able to do what was written in that article to start with.
How do you expect Iran to deploy that large amount of forces in Northern Iraq which would be met with hostility by both Baghdad and Arbil. The US and UN would not remain quiet about it and label it as an invasion of another state.
Baghdad don't have problems with iran and that stupid arab leageu will have no problem. Even Us will not have problems with iran, they worked in iraq and afghanistan together. Only reason why your goverment allow Turkey is because of iran.
They will have a problem with a massive invasion, whilst they are not able to act in the KRG controlled north the US will seize the opportunity to label Iran as invading another state which would be followed by who knows what.
Many here underestimate the importance of having central gov approval for operations due to their limited ability of countering it, without central gov approval you're also very limited in what you can do given that Baghdad and Arbil as well have a certain level of influence due to ties with global powers. The policy of the past decade with regards to the Kurdish issue has been that of bypassing central governments and look at the results? The US doesn't take a tough stance on Turkey due to their NATO alliance, not the same story with Iran.
Nevertheless even if approved such an operation would be ineffective. Have you noticed how the bombings in Baghdad have been reduced massively, this is due to IS being denied safe ground to operate/base itself in the nearby region. The operational/base for PKK is the KRG, which you not only leave untouched you deal with it friendly.
I don't think you can be that naive, a TURKEY + IRAN cooporation more than likely has the approval of the USA.
Even a bird can't fly in ME without US approval, if we face facts and put our egos aside.
Ignoring Erdogan's mistakes, i know that Turks are wise people.Ottoman empire hardly had problems with Iran for hundreds of years, we didn't invade you fully and you didn't invade us fully.
Just this historical fact goes to show that Iran and Turkey should work together, we can actually trust that we won't invade each other, history is the greatest proof of this.
We should work together 80 + 80 million = 160 million people total
That is more than Russias 144,3 million.
Iranians and Turks are smart people, together we can easily become a super power.
Turkey is already advanced both civil and militarily, but Iran needs to catch up fast what it lost during the embargo.
You should look at South Korea as a good example to model on.
Keep your mullah's if you want, but make them like the pope in vatican, seperate them from the state.
Buddy, without Baghdad's approval we would do nothing. Have no doubt about thathttp://bayirbucakhaber.com/iran-turkiyenin-teklifini-reddetti-pkkya-karsi-savasmayacagiz/
It looks like Iran has rejected the plan. I knew it was too good to be true.
