Why is it funny?

Context: Turkish Coast Guard vessel came in Greek territorial waters,Hellenic Coast Guard intercepted it,Turkish tried to ram the Greek vessel and Hellenic Coast Guard personnel were forced to fire warning shots on the air with their FN FALs.

The Turkish Coast Guard has been trying to provoke an incident for years now. They try to ram our ships and zig-zag around them in order to have the Greek crews fire the first shot. This way,the Turkish government can blame the Greek side and start something. Now with the elections coming,Erdogan would really love it if there was some small incident that would give him the chance to either distract the Turkish public (or postpone the elections) or do something by having a supposed excuse and then present himself as the strong,decisive leader who fights for the country's rights.

There is a lot of cursing and some of the crew tell them to fire in the air.
