Sir I am not sure about Zardari its Pakistan anything can happen but one thing is sure the new army chief is a stooge and he is going to reverse everything, lets hope he never get a chance to complete his tenure ... Really sad to see all these developments

I just watched Field Marshal Najam Sethi's program on Nov 28th, 29th 2016 and shocked his "Do and Don't for new coas" are exactly being followed

if new CAOS is spineless and a pitho of zardaris and miyans i am sure this will be end of Pakistan if nothing is done against these corrupt bastards there wont be any Pakistan in the future no matter how much generals are worshiped here and how optimstic and patriotic ppl feel on this board corrupt army is a bigger threat to Pakistan than corrupt politicians!

Lets give some time to the new COAS before we come to a definite conclusion. Having said this, i'm skeptical about the new COAS, and many officers (serving & retired) preferred Gen Ishfaq. Already heard from a source that the new COAS has been conducting meetings, in residences of third party (for secrecy & security purpose), with people who have links to PMLN.

And for all those who are saying "it's all a conspiracy theory", well your rhetoric statements does not align with the ground realities! Nothing happened over Dawn planted news which caused so much damage to the integrity of only working institute in Pakistan i.e Pak Army, and we already saw the return of despicable Pervaiz Rasheed as a proof of this compromise/deal. Zardari's return will be another proof of this compromise. Lets wait and see.

PMLN SMT and Jang Group are cheering it. Calling DG ISI Mukhtar as NS's man and family members of Asim Bajwa have been abused on Twitter.

It seems that whoever serve in Karachi, endup heading the ISI. Its good to know the peace in Karachi is among the top most priority of the establishment. According to Gen Ehsan, the ex ISI chief, Karachi alone is equivalent to three CPECs.

Who is heading ISPR now?

Yarrr Bajwa sahb is still posting tweets.. Is he gonna continue as DG ISPR as well, along with his new appointment?

Guys guys please hold your horses, Pakistan Army is living proof that if a system in functioning, it doesn't matter who runs it. None of us are in a position to comment on who was or was not working well or whether the person replacing him will be able to do better or worse. For example, two most significant changes i.e Gen Bilal Akbar as CJS and Gen Naveed Mukhtar as DG ISI and leaving Gen Amir Riaz as commander Southern Command are excellent decisions.

So please stay calm and trust in the Army. Our problem is that we vote for the wrong people and then expect the Army to correct our mistakes.
