It's interesting to see that TTP is investing in jail breaks. Very uncharacteristic of them. It was an unfortunate instance and the local authorities must be investigated to find out if there was any inside help. I have heard the jail security was close to nothing at the time of the attack.

official sources say 381 prisoners escaped out of which 4 have been recaptured. Unofficial estimates are higher. Almost all were taliban, not just 20

why to keep such a dangerous criminals in such a area where police don't have so much of control.. they should shift them to some high security prison out side Bannu may be in Punjab or Sindh..
I doubt it was possible without any internal help.. means no one hurt or died(good thing).. at least it takes 30-40 mins to do all this means open 100s of doors to free those criminals...

If OBL can stay in heavy militarized zone for couple of years and US can take him away without any confrontation with PA. Everything is possible in Pakistan.

So, who is responsible for your current situation? Did we ask to cultivate this crop of terrorism? If it was a regular jail, it was on Afghan border, why did not you activate your brain cell to provide proper security over there? Did not you were aware about vulnerabilities to attack?
