MIG-27 crash in Jodhpur, India

Another fighter crash in India. Fortunately no casualities so far.

Its a MIG-27 and pilot ejected safely

A MIG-27 fighter aircraft on a routine sortie crashed in a village in this district on Friday, injuring seven persons on the ground. The pilot ejected safely after the crash took place around 8.30 am in Konkani village in Luni, 42 kms from Jodhpur, Defence PRO Lt Col N N Joshi said. According to SP (Rural) Jodhpur, Sharad Kaviraj, seven persons on the ground were injured in the mishap, one of them seriously.

oh yaa, pls let us know what the hell coffee u have smelt that the IAF in its infinite more knowledge than urs hasnt sensed so far.

Mig 27 planes are more than 30 yrs old which are already out of service in russia and its not unusual for these old planes develop mechanical problems and crash...hell even new planes do crash for similar reasons.

One has to remember that in very hot indian climate, machines of all sorts are susceptible to develop mechanical and electronic wear and tear in their parts more easily and at a faster rate than in favourable climatic condition in other parts of the world.

well IAF is bunch of under educated people ( compared to me ) they have less knowladge of what goes on around the world ( compared to me ) they are unprofessional ( compared to me ) they lack the bang on their head when they dont they dont do their job ( unlike me - i will have to pay for it ) .

its my safety on risk here.
its my generation worthy pilots who die.

If u had any practical sense u wouldnt have compared IAF with USAF or even PAF for that matter as they operates very different aircrafts with their difference of origins,nos and both tactical and opearating climatic condition.

Extreme hot climates do shortens the life span of aircrafts irrespective of the level of maintainance,its basic science.
