Because they have showed the wreckage of shot down Mig-21 and the pilot who was flying it!!

@messiach can shed some light over this. If push come to shove, Party A can contact OEM through middle ground to prove claims/kill if, adversary keeps harping on falsified data to save face.

Type1 combined FDR provide raw data for communications/cvr/cdr, flight path, speed, attitude, engine power (configuration and operations). Types II/A FDRs determine accuracy of above and attitude of lift & drag sensors. If its a birdstrike or missile strike FDR would be valuable.
