MIG 21 Crashed Pilot dead

I say ground the aircraft , you aren't going to war any soon . R.I.P .

. . . . .
bad spare parts, perhaps ground/techie crew who were in a hurry and didnt do standard safety control checklist

spokespeople and analysts from MIG are on record having attributed this to the poor safety record of iaf bisons; the aircraft itself is still in use in many countries, some with similar flying hours as well per aircraft

How is it that ground crew is specially negligent for this aircraft, despite all the crashes? Other aircrafts in service have fairly good service record.

well, not every squadron consists of the same aircrafts and not every techhie out there has converted to all aircrafts in the arsenal meaning each one has different training levels

you wont find a Mirage tecchie working on an F-16 pre-flight

The assumption is that with increasing crashes there would be increasing pressure on the ground crew to perform better. How is it that after all this years their performance remains below par when all others are doing a good job? If it was a question of training than in all this years someone with authority would done something, like getting the techies better trained.
