People from today's KSA created 3 of the 11 largest empires (Rashidun, Umayyad, Abbasid) in human history. More than any other ethnicity in the top 15. Those empires were bigger and more influential than anything that you have ever created. They stretched from Southern France (Pyrenees) to Western China. What "your" forefathers created (after all those conquests of your impoverished country by numerous nations and peoples, let alone population movements we can seriously question if they were even your ancestors to begin with) is not comparable and aside from that it was a very cheap copy of much more ancient Semitic civilizations found in today's Arab world which you learnt civilization from. As I already mentioned earlier and which is well-known by every historian.

The legacy of my ancestors is the Arab world that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean in the West to the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea in the East. An landmass that is over 10 times bigger than your Mullahstan.

As for wealth, every literate fool is able to look at the GDP (nominal) per capita of both countries and draw his own conclusions or the actual infrastructure, living standards, HDI etc. Of course I do not expect illiterate migrants to know anything about such topics.

We Arabs have an entire SEA named after us which is 10 times bigger than "your" tiny Gulf. Aside from your country being an "Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman country" already. Lizard: (they only eat herbs and plants and are not poisonous or dangerous but I have never tried eating one but would have no problem with it). It apparently tastes like chicken. Only eaten by a minority of people of Najd (also historically) but not in my region or rest of KSA. This is probably the only "strange" cuisine that we have but nothing compared to Africa, China, East Asia, South East Asia, Latin America and even many Muslim nations in ME and elsewhere.

True there are more strange meals around the world and i guess a lizard is still better than a scorpion. Also the things i said about people hunting and being depndend on lizard was pretty racist like the whole posts of mine. So for my part i am sorry and feel ashamed about what I said.

KSA has all type of landscapes that I can think of currently (desert (all kind of deserts - sand, volcanic, rock, more fertile deserts, volcanic areas, mountainous areas (half of the country is mountainous), 3000 km of mostly tropical coastline, over 1000 islands, steppe, tropical areas, agricultural lands, lowland etc. Expect for permanent lakes but we have 1000's upon 1000's of wadis that are "alive" most of the year. Instead of permanent lakes we have some of the best coastline out there and marine life. The Red Sea being famous for having the second largest coral reef in the world after the Great Barrier Reef in Australia for instance.

Actually KSA is one of the most underrated countries in the world but there is a lot of ignorance involved here and due to the political situation in the region anything Muslim, Arab or ME is out. 30-40 years ago it was "fashionable" and "cool". Of course I am talking about the Western viewpoint not that I care about it.

Anyway this thread needed some spice and trolling. No hard feelings.

Anyway don't expect much from Arab countries due to the reasons that I have mentioned before. Iran and Turkey will probably do much better due to you having much better policies and focus on your favorite sports.

French-Arabs are probably going to win more Olympic medals than all Arab countries combined. That is "only" an 6 million strong diaspora out of one composed of 50 million people from Latin America to Indonesia - where alone 5 million people are of Arab origin alone. In Brazil, btw, there are 10 million of us alone. Many Brazilian athletes are Arab-Brazilians during these Olympics. Anyway it is a joke so I better leave it at that.

However I read not long ago that KSA has the fastest 100 meter runner that is a teenager. He ran below 10 seconds. However he has no chance against Usain Bolt of course.

We could become quite good in athletics, equestrian sports, martial arts and weightlifting if those areas received sufficient investment as we have the built for such sports. Currently for 99,9% of all people it is football and nothing else. That an gaming/social media but that is not an Olympic sport yet. Not to mention that our state-sponsored clergy is not exactly fans of sports which many of them consider a waste of time. So it is what it is currently. Of course not that any "ME" country is a world beater when it comes to sports. Rather the contrary as evident by my Phelps comparison.
