The fact remains that the font in question pre-dates the document, and therefore it cannot be used to impugn its authenticity, by itself.
The JIT did the right thing, they sent the documents to London’s Radley Forensic Document Laboratory for examination. The 'expert opinion' of course is not legally binding but it sure does raise serious doubts .. When the authenticity of a document is already in question, and the font used has been commercially launched on a date later than the date of signing of the agreement (as mentioned on the document itself), then the document most likely is forged and until and unless proven otherwise, I don't think any court of law will accept those documents as 'authentic'
Ink dating can resolve this issue ..
But why did Maryam Nawaz provide photocopies to the JIT instead of original ??
She can still produce original documents and ask the SC to send them for forensic examination/ink dating ... That's her only chance now ... But I don't think aisa hoga
