Brother, you have to understand this. Non-permanent is okay. To be permanent, Japan needs to ask itself a serious question. What would adding Japan into the mix would do anything to protect the world from global war?Japan has been a non-permanent member in the UNSC about 10 times. We have, through auspices of legal charter and economic assistance, been a force for change and peace these some 70 years. I see no reason why there will be a divorce from our established norm in activity and policy. If ANY nation looks at our curriculum vitae in regards to human rights , and humanitarian aid, they will realize Japan's abundant acts of mercies, and commitment to peace and its restitution.Japan has been investing and helping to develop nations.
