Mexican expats: Why we love China and why Chinese cities are so clean

Lol why would you even want to retire in SG? There are so many other places cheaper than SG to retire in ASEAN, and Vietnam shouldn't be a bad place to consider when you retire, especially for an overseas Vietnamese like you.

Anyway a friendly advice, it's very difficult to move to SG these days unless you're a Malaysian or an ethnic Chinese.

Too many people are trying to move to SG so the competition is very stiff. Even highly-qualified individuals (young, high income, highly educated) who applied for a PR (kinda like a green card) here and they still get routinely rejected.

Check out this thread so you can better understand the competition and the requirements:
No I have no intention to apply for PR or citizenship in SG. Just want your country as jump box to Vietnam. Much like many Germans buy property in Spain, Italy, Greece because the weather there is better, then jump back to Germany for occasions. SG being expensive is not a problem at all. The high price will keep unwanted people away. Ha ha.

Why not just go straight to Vietnam? Your citizenship is German?

Thailand would be a better choice than SG to retire and visit Vietnam occasionally IMO. Without PR, you pay heavy stamp duties in SG btw.

How much is stamp duty?
sure, Vietnam is an option. SG is an option. Thailand not, certainly China not, neither other countries. Yes I got German citizenship it is a nice thing. That gives me options.

Oh no wonder. It's hard for you to acquire Vietnamese residency/citizenship then?

Ok I see but only applied when buying property. Not when I rent an apartment.
Had to give up Viet citizenship before allowed to get German citizenship. The law requires that.dual citizenship not allowed. But not a problem at all: being a native Viet I am allowed to enter and leave Vietnam at any time. Visa not required.

Legally allowed?
Yes absolute legal
I have in my passport a certificate that proves I am a Viet people. Valid for 5y. Can be extended endless.
Vietnam considers Viet people wherever they live what passport they possess as part of the nation.

.
If you think they only want to become millionaires you massively underestimate their ambitions, one of my friends lives in a Hutong area in 菜市口 in Beijing, the government offers to pay them $30,000 per square meter to relocate and they refused.
That's crazy, too greedy imo. I have heard some just refuse to renovate their old houses because they are waiting for demolition which maybe years away. Gone are the days when people were saying it's hjman rigghts abuse to demolish slums, now these bastards are all praying to get demolished. How times have changed! You don't hear much China bashing ok these issue nowadays...

That's a good thing.

China is way more developed than Mexico for sure

.
It sounds as if China is a communist paradise. Is it possible to migrate to China? I thought to retire in SG, but now... I may change my mind.
You went from wanting to nuke China to wanting to retire there? The pigs must be flying.

Mexican expats: Why we love China and why Chinese cities are so clean

They noticed and street cleaners and trash bins are everywhere in the Chinese cities working around the clock, any litter or garbage won't last 10 seconds on the ground before they are being cleaned away.

Transportation is super easy, you can choose bullet trains, subways, busess and shared bikes which are everywhere in the cities.

They also introduced China's health care system, everyone is covered, the guy got healthcare from his work in China, he got a hand surgery and it cost him only one dollar and that's about the price you pay to see all specialists for all different health problems, Chinese doctors are very professional and well trained for their jobs.

If it is so great then why aren't people moving there? Net migration is negative.

Can't own a home. Jobs pay poorly. Environment is degraded. China, and its false jew financier masters, probably mostly want new lowly workers to take care of and replace its rapidly aging population.

The gimmie something for nothing people who are eager to be servants of the banking cabalist false Jews say. "Gimmie a job, gimmie a loan" and thus want to go to ABCANz nations, Western Europe and Japan. Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie Nothing new. Happened with the Germanic cow herders, from the wastelands of Central Asia, swarmed into Roman banker and hired killer controlled tiny Europe.

Who told you that?

"The statistic shows the population of Suzhou in China from 1990 to 2010, with forecasts up until 2035. In 2010, the population of Suzhou had amounted to about four million inhabitants and was forecasted to grow up to around 9.8 million by 2035."

The girl says that she hopes Mexico cities could have as many garbage bins as Chinese cities but is afraid that someone may steal them if they do.

Chinese people are very friendly and honest, the guy once lost his wallet, someone found it and found his number on his business card in the wallet , called him and went to his home to return the wallet.

why not educate the public not to dispose thrashes indiscriminately?
