France has never got along with EU in whole since Napolean days -
and deep down we know US and French do not get long

French and British do not get along -

Also France like to do things their own way , and they have their group of friends and political say in world politics -

There is ample room for cooperation between French - and Pakistan and other nations

France is always looked by skeptical view in European circles , Americans make fun of French as people who surrender etc but that is not all true ....and the time is ripe to forge new alliances

We don't know how much work is done if there is a prototype or already developed its just not sold to any other country yet

Well germans they got only 12 subs of their own ... so they are by no means what you call BEST in world ... at that I don't they were under sanctions.....after WW2 for long time... while france have never been under that situation so their technology will always be 10-20 years ahead of germans....

Even the turkish are puting EXTENSIVE UPGRADES OF equipment on the Sub 214Turkish model, they don't feel the german stuff is up to their standards -

mr gabbar thank you for info but it is the fact the subs invented from germans and at WW2 U boat were real killers and till the date german tech in sub superior look at the oders U 214 italy,germany,south korea,spain and other u series subs used by other countries as well german have best infastructe and experience building state of the art subamrine and the fact is U 214 is the stealthy submarine in the world PN is not nuts just choosing german submarine over french yes french is good to but not better than french option remember israeli went to german HDW for their dolphin submarine they can buy from USA france but they went to best in the bussiness germans

adding to discussion it is PN that is to chosse between U214 and merlin and as stated a number of time, PN selected for U214 instead of merlins.
this by no means that the merlins is a low standard sub but it do mean that it may not be as good as the U214.

Spanish company Navantia (Formerly Bazan, then Izar) walked out of the project and gone with Lockheed Martin to build the competing S-80, which was selected by the Spanish Navy to form its next-generation submarine force.

The construction on S-80 has already began and it is expected to commissioned in 2013. Where is not a single Marlin is under construction as of today.

Spanish Navy will replace their Augosta's with the above mentioned S-80 and not with Marlin as it does not exist today beyond papers.

Not at all. Check the official DCNS website who is supposed to build the sub.

Sir gabber you can say eurofighter jet on any given day over F 22 and F 35 and german sub renowned all over the world for their experties and technology in sub field examples are israel israel can pick any sub from american and french manufaturers but they still went to german HDW why becoz they are best in the bussiness is sout korea,italy,grecce,turkey,germany, they are all fool

Tax evasion is SIN

I propose that all the politicians should have 100% transparacy they should put their public assets in public domain viewable by any one, and when they finish office, a independent accounting firm should validate if any new accounts were created , and any money was taken outside of salary of gov ...

If I had 5 years in office , I will make Corporate Tax evasion SIN!!! And fill the jails with tax evadors
