* * 许建忠等人首先对巴方工厂进行了现场评估。巴基斯坦“枭龙”生产线始建于2011年3月,整个生产线目前仅有两三千人,其设备多为约20年前的老旧设备,其加工能力和精度要求等显然已经不能满足“枭龙”的制造需求,也缺乏众多的锻造设备和相关辅助工具。因此“师徒制”人才培养方式就成为了弥补这一短板的重要手段。许建忠带领的5个巴基斯坦工人,工龄从4年到30年不等,但从实际操作水平来看,不论工龄长短都仅能达到初级的锻造水平,与锻造“枭龙”锻件的工艺水平相差极大。*




* * 为了充分做好带教工作,成飞锻铸工人每天赶最早的班车到达巴方锻造厂房,和巴方工人长期交流,指导。由于语言障碍,成飞锻铸“师父”们反复操作示范、手把手规范操作、在工作地面上和黑板上不停的比划,直至看到巴方工人在笔记本上记录下正确的操作步骤和相关理论后才放心。同时帮助巴方工人制造工具夹12套,以利于提高工作效率。*

八个月的细致教导和精湛技艺,为成飞赢得了巴方的尊重与友谊。巴基斯坦飞机制造厂热加工分厂的中校在了解巴方工人对于成飞锻铸工人的评价后,举办了专门的答谢宴会,以圣洁的伊斯兰教装饰来感谢成飞锻铸工人的辛勤工作。巴方锻铸工段的工长更提出正式要求,希望成飞锻铸工人们能够再多留一个月……*


分别时,巴方工人为成飞锻铸工人送来了自发制作购买的礼物。“这些东西或许价格并不高,但对于他们有限的工资来说,就是一份沉甸甸的心意了”,杨昌俊感叹道。回想起别离时与巴方工人拥抱、握手的场景,许建忠的话音仍带有些许颤抖:回国两个多月后的今天,这段跨国友情仍令人动容。*临走时许建忠不忘叮嘱巴方工人,要严格按照记录下的流程勤加练习,充分利用练习料熟悉工艺流程。“我只想在有限时间内尽可能的提高巴方技能,我们毫无保留。”杨昌俊这样说道。
