As said no matter how much vested interest try Sikhs loyalty is and will remain with motherland India...Regarding the punishment of the culprits than it is sad but true, south asia sucks when it comes to fast and efficient judiciary...

i am acutally old enough to remember those days and there was alot of bad things done by both sides.But if you come to punjab you will see that there is no support for a khalistan.
