The first one is exponentially better and energetic. IMO that one should, in fact, be the permanent anthem for PSL. I would hate to see it discarded. Additionally, this anthem should not have been made. Its lack of energy aside, there is no goodwill in its making.

All the chaos for this piece of shit and filth..
Really sad at my Nation. Who went so emotional that they decided that from now on even the 100th psl edition should be sung by Ali Zafar. Even though ge might not be alive then.
And as though new song next year would not arrive.
All this done by a guy Ali, seriously suffering from middle age crisis, a failed film career, despite launched several times.
He has a few old hits. Nothing new happening for him.
Has not come out of a silly song rockstar, thinking it was Grammy worthy performance. Lolx.
And since then copying it again and again trying to be cool but failing desperately.
A nice attempt to come out of mee too allegations on the back of blind masses.

Anthem change every year. If you don't like the current one. You might like the next one. That is no logic to repeat one again and again. Besides when he sang for the third edition. Everyone hated it so very much too saying that all three are same.
Why don't you understand a simple point. Listening a song again and again, you might get bored.
Besides if you don't like a song this year. You might like the year next or the year next.

Agree with the first half.

For the second, by previous, I meant the current (tayar ho!). I said "previous" in relation to Ali Zafar's new one.

The ethical thing for Ali Zafar would have been to support "tayar ho!" But instead, he threw ethics in the trashcan. What he has now come out with seems to have been taken out from the same trashcan.
