It is the truth, dude, that Paracel and Spratly is part of territory of Vietnam in era of Nguyen Dynasty Vietnam's from long time ago in the past.

China dream is that China tried steal Islands and reefs of Vietnam by force and build artifact Islands there. Chinese is invader in modern time.

Qin, Han invaded in to Vietnam like Japanese invaded in to China in WW II. Han Chinese is from North China. Vietnam regained independence from China. Han Chinese turned back home to North China and has nothing to do with native property of Vietnam people,

PM Pham of North VN said about 12 nm related to North only. It is not related to Islands of South Vietnam after 1954. Chinese can stop lie about this.
