If yes, then it could be a money laundering case. No disqualification until court verdict.

Also if Capital Gains Tax was paid in UK, on profit at sale of any of the properties, then there should be no tax avoidance in Pakistan. Under double taxation relief, there should be no tax payable in Pakistan as UK's CGT is 40%. If higher tax has been paid, then there are no additional taxes in second country.
