Well, im doing Computer Engineering as of now. Im in my second year as u know.
After this im gonna give CAT. I have high hopes, i have already given some mocks, and its been real good. If i dont get into IIM, then im gonna go straight to the US for management.

Yeh, though i must say, Hindi is on the decline. Most kids here in good schools speak nothing BUT english. I was among them at one point, but college has sobered me a LOT, meet all kinds of people in college from everywhere. Its a good experience
I swear, after 2 generations, India wont be India any more, it will be more like US of sort,s culture wise.

It is better to have English as our National language, Atleast it is someone else, If you ask me for a malayalee there is no differnce between a North Indian and Englishman or North Indian and North East. I feel if it is English..everybody will be happy...

I did find out, well its 1 and half years left. LOL. 3rd semester is over !
But you can get admission for Management without the work experience in many colleges there. Give GMAT, and some extra-cirriular certs and u are set. Anyways, my first preference is ofcourse IIM.

Btw dude, the statements like 'life will change' make you sound as though ur 40 years old, settled with 2 kids who are driving you mad! Your 25, act it then!! Life's too grand to be saying such things. Your roughly 5 years older to me then.

i suggest you work for 3 years..and get into some good colleges...if u r aiming IIM over here, and you are aiming some AMITY like in US..it doesnt make sense...I suggest u write your GMAt after work ex...you wont get into IVY league without them...My uni is considered 37th best in the world,
There will be a sea difference when you are 24/25 to what u were at 22/23....u will know when u reach there...

I am indeed aiming for IVY league, the thing is, where the hell would i get emplyed in management without getting a degree for it!!
I'l finish college at 22/33, and the only thing that changes is that ur shitting over whether u gonna get the job or not. Man i'v seen too many of my friends go crzy over studies, man i live in teh hostel with them, and whenever we make a program, they **** over whether they should go or not. Its disgusting, i say study hard, party harder. I get good grades at my college, infact i already know what the college is going to teach me over teh next 2 years in computers!! Hell i play pool or billiards the entire night most nights a week LOL, and i get beter marks than most.

Anyways, i caught a bad cold, feel ill, ttyl.

You need a Job experience, It doesnt have to be Management to get into MBA anywhere...
