PESHAWAR: After successful operation, JamiatUlema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Ameer Maulana Fazalur Rehman has been shifted from Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to a private room, said a press release issued on Friday.

After the operation, doctors have conducted his complete checkup and termed his health stable. Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif also visited the hospital, inquired about the health of Maulana Fazalur Rehman and congratulated him on successful surgery. He stayed with him for some time. Both leaders also exchanged views on different matters.

Maulana Lutfur Rehman, Maulana Obaidur Rehman, Sahibzada Asjad Mahmood, Mohammad Tariq Khan Baloch, Maulana Samiullah Khan and others were also present on the occasion.

Maulana Mohammad Amjad Khan said that special prayers have been offered for the recovery of the health of Maulana Fazalur Rehman and Hafiz Hussain Ahmad in the mosques across the country.
