Pakistan desperately needs institutions like the CIA and the Pentagon. If the news of that big oil find is true, then this needs to be done on a priority basis. You cannot be sitting on gigantic oil reserves and expect to be left alone in today's world. You'd have to either completely align with the USA World Empire or jump in the Russian/Chinese camp.
