Americas main interests are:
1) The security of Israel: Peace treaty to be followed by Egypt ensuring that security.
2) The Suez canal: Keep the oil and ships flowing.

Any party no matter what their politcal ideology will be supported if these two things are assured. Their other domestic matters are of no concern to them unless it interferes with their interests. The MB didn't interfere in Americas interests nor will the coming government. The US administration has no leverage in Egypt currently, its only a spectator as is the rest of the world.

Nothing of this sort happened before today. Branding them as extremists after what has been done to them is pure fascism as no one would stand for these atrocities.

Not just political Islam. Any religion that interprets itself in a political form should be eradicated. Not because they are evil or anything. It's simply because they don't comply with the modern world.
