MASSIVE Indian radar station spotted (3000 km range)!!!

I hope with this radar Indian army won't keep staring at planets for six months thinking them to be Chinese drones

Indian Army tracks suspected Chinese drones, discovers they're just planets

. . . . .
Surely this huge radar couldn't possibly a useless piece of hardware. And it's not possible that Israel has designed something useless, they aren't Indians so it can't be.

Another question is that would this radar be in the same class as the Iran's gigantic radar?

I admit, my knowledge on radar is limited, but correct me if I'm wrong, isn't long range radar suppose to be part of a network which affords specific band radars to operate on specialist tasks?

now indians can listen to world band radio stations am fm for once in their life.

. . . .
Does china has something with similar capability?
China has many systems equivalent to American ABM systems, so it will surely have the radars to go along with them. I hope China does some real time data sharing in the event of an Indian missile launch to Pakistan’s new HQ-9B missiles to enable more likely intercepts.

HQ-19 [THAAD counterpart], HQ-26 [SM-3 counterpart] and HQ-29 [PAC-3 counterpart] are designed primarily for Anti Ballistic Missile capabilities

The Red Flag-19 system also includes a multi-purpose solid phased array radar for early warning. It is reported that the X band phased array radar can detect targets at a distance of 4,000 km, covering the northern fringe of the South Asian subcontinent to the vast areas of the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The information is provided to the Red Flag-19 interception system via the command-and-control system.
