Like the proof you presented for your so called surgical strikes. Then it was operational necessity to keep things secret and in the same vein you must accept the proof in the pudding. I believe this is a part of the reconciliation program that Baluchistan launched a few years back. The conditions are pretty simple, the surrendered militants are given financial assistance and helped in finding jobs, so they can reintegrate into society. If they have valuable information regarding the insurgency, they're asked to provide it, and if the information holds true, they're given a financial reward.

I have often stated that Indian trolls simply can't get their heads on any positive achievement of Pakistan and the reason is bcz their media has brainwashed them. They are bombarded with propaganda against Pakistan that they simply can't come to terms. For example their media states that Baluchistan will separate any day now and using fake videos and pictures and the ten men marches of exiled beggars, they fool millions of people. Thus a simple reality that Baluchistan is not going to separate and separatism is dying quickly and mass surrenders are happening with a few miscreants hiding in mountains demoralized and defeated.

Yep financial rewards along with jobs and they have been given as well. However it will only be effective and long lasting if we bring mass development and create jobs in Baluchistan so that this madness may finally end. The insurgency lies defeated and on the ground breathing it's last. We simply have to deliver a final blow which is provide development in Baluchistan and slowly it is happening. The security aspect of the Baluchistan provincial govt is questionable but they have done good work along with FC and developmental projects are happening. Of course the most important development for Baluchistan, in my personal view are roads. Yes without roads you simply can't connect villages and outline tribes. The area is a desert and thus requires road connectivity if its ever to see development. This will also allow people to enter urban areas in search for jobs. Never underestimate the importance of roads where there were none especially in unconnected tribal desert areas. Plus the baluch govt has also emphasized agriculture requirements of Baluchistan which is great bcz self sufficiency in food growth is extremely important ( the gilgit baltistan govt has completely focused on this).

All in all it can't be done in a day and its far more easier said than done when one says " bring mass development" but steps are being taken and slowly but surely things will improve.

The day is not far when the concept of a separate Baluchistan will o my be found in propaganda newspapers a d ten men marchers of exiled beggars
