Mass Riots and Human Rights Violations in US: Can They Preach China?

In China, When Police Brutality Is So Common An Off-Duty Officer Gets A Taste

How can a female officer be abused by her fellow officers even after she ID-ed herself as one of their own ? Because in China, police abuses of women are so common in the force across the country that no women are to be believed of whatever they say about themselves.

Meet the 'Chengguan': China's Violent, Hated Local Cops - The Atlantic

The Chinese members here should apply to join the chengguan. Virtually unlimited power, privileges can be extracted locally, and usually feared. The police forces in China have it so much better than their American counterparts.
You never face the problem directly .
Even our human right situation is very bad , it does not make your situation better.

Black and southern american US people face serious human right discrimination . This is the truth .

Sure it does. It gives people perspectives when they have multiple things to compare to each other.

Another evidence of the amorality of China as a country...

In China, brutality yields confessions of graft
LILING, China (AP) — The local Chinese official remembers all too clearly the panic he felt in Room 109. He had refused again and again to confess to bribery he says he didn't commit, and his four Communist Party interrogators were forcing his legs farther apart than they could go.

Zhou Wangyan begged them to stop. But the men taunted him and kept pushing.

Then, with a loud "ka-cha," his left thigh bone snapped. The sickening crunch reverberated in his mind, nearly drowning out his howls of pain and the frantic pounding of his heart.

"My leg is broken," Zhou told the interrogators. According to Zhou, they ignored his pleas.

...the party's methods for extracting confessions put its 85 million members and their close associates at risk of abuse through its internal investigation system, which is separate from state justice.
It is difficult for Americans to imagine that the Democratic and Republican parties have their own internal police forces, out to enforce party discipline and mete out party directed punishments if necessary, and finally responsible to no one but their respective parties. But in amoral China, it is normal and Communist Party members are under constant threat of this separate and relatively unknown police force.

I bet, if China constructs such heavily armed riot police, the number of protests will die down in no time.
I think you just lost the bet, buddy...

A Chinese SWAT Officer Shows How To ‘Control’ A Rioter : Truth Frequency Radio

BBC NEWS | In Pictures | In pictures: Xinjiang protests

Your riot police, which is essentially the PLA in different uniforms, have everything from batons to rifles to APC. And yet there are still about 500 estimated riots a day in China.

I said before that your China is an amoral country. Not immoral, because that would imply a moral foundation that one could use as a base to deviate from, but an amoral country, meaning one that has no moral foundation at all.

You want evidences of that ? Look at your own youths, specifically the conservative nationalist types.

Angry Youth - The New Yorker

Harvey Mansfield is an American conservative, or in popular language: a neo-con. He was invited by Chinese youth conservatives to speak about how a country can have a moral compass because these young Chinese nationalist and conservatives believes their China have no morals, in other words, an amoral country. They did not call upon the American Communist Party for help. They called an American neo-con.

Your Chinese police brutality is symptom of that amorality. So can we preach to China about human rights ? You bet your undervalued yuan we can.
So you switch to another subject?

Humility and humbleness is a Confucians virtue. To acknowledged your shortcoming and ask for advice is a virtue.

You see, we do not have this concept of having an omnipotent god that tell us the absolute truth. We have to seek knowledge from anywhere we can get them.

We also do not have this concept of being a god chosen people, we acknowledged our inadequacy and do not feel this urge to force others to accept our idea and demand others to obey them.

So you have to excuse me for not accepting your saying China is amoral, we admit there are problems in China, such is our nature. But a judgement on a whole country as such is morally repugnant.

You got no problems doing that on US, but take offense if we return the same ?

I do not have the energy nor the time to research and refute whenever a western newspaper say something about China. But I think if you are honest enough, you should acknowledge that there is a marked bias in how the western media report events in China.

FYI, this guys Zhou, land bureau director for the city of Liling, has some kind of political infighting with his boss, the city party secretary because of pressure under anti-graft investigation about some land deal, both trying to inflict blame on the other. Zhou reported his boss to the CCP discipline inspection departments and put a signed letter arguing for his case and blaming his boss in the internet.

The result, both of them lost their job and is currently under party disciplinary investigation.

Because it is an intellectually dishonest question.
Show me why my question is an intellectually dishonest question ?

My question is :How many US people are killed by US police officers?

No. I do not. But since you are from a country where the concept of personal rights is alien, you would not understand what I said.
I do not understand so called US human right indeed.

And I wonder the poor death Brown must believe he lives in an alien human right country.

An another failed attempt by a chinese to establish a parity of Human right record of US with that of china. Simply ridiculous!!!!!!!!
I understand your mentality of whites whorship, product of hundreds years of colonization.

Show me why my question is an intellectually dishonest question ?

My question is :How many US people are killed by US police officers?
It is intellectually dishonest because it does not address the reasons why anyone would be shot by the police and under what circumstances. There is a difference between a fugitive from the police and an accidental shooting by the police. It really is amazing that you cannot see that.

I do not understand so called US human right indeed.

And I wonder the poor death Brown must believe he lives in an alien human right country.
Michael Brown have more rights in the US than he would have in your China. But if you want to know what rights Brown have, look at the US Constitution.

.
Gambit, you need to accept other people's reasonable constructive criticism on USA's human rights record, especially within our national borders. As a democracy with officially the largest developed economy and mightiest military, we, the United States of America should hold ourselves to a much much higher standard instead of merely pointing fingers at China in your defensive arguments. Learn to be self critical first.

My question is very simple .
How many people are shot down by US police officers?
I just want to know this number and you can compare it with the other countries'.
Not only US has accidental shooting ,but such kind of accidental shooting are so frequent in US.that's why I ask the total number but not the so called accidental shooting.
You can compare both total number and accidental shooting number with the other countries
US is far ahead the others.

I have not asked your opinion about Brown's death.
I will do it now , please answer it.
Is one bullet or two bullets not enough to stop him from escaping ?
Does the police mean to shot this poor black unarmed people 7 times even he has already surrendered ?
Does the police over react ? Should we sentence this cop to jail ?
And why so many such things happen in US?

Yeah, He does have more human right in US but he does not have the chance to be judged.

Yeah, He does have more human right in US but he does not have the chance to be judged.
Your question is not merely simple, but a gross oversimplification of the issue implied by the question.

Example:

A robber resists arrest and got violent with the police. A bystander got caught in the middle of the gunfight between the robber and the police. The investigation revealed that it was a police weapon that killed the bystander in the fight that killed both robber and bystander. For trolls like you, the police 'murdered' or 'executed' the bystander. No contexts are given. You and your type have no interests in the details of anything.

So why should we take your question seriously ?

It is tough for Americans to accept these so called 'constructive criticisms' once their comments are read. It is like seeing a jungle tribe that does not have even the wheel criticizing the Space Shuttle. Yes, I would rather have US hold ourselves to higher standards, but for the trolls, I have no problems holding them to our standards as well. And that is what they do not like.

OKay ,forget about the numbers. and try to answer this question:what's your opinion about Brown's death?

This question is simple enough ,right ? You just tell us what you think.

How about wait for the investigation ? Or is that too simple for you ?
