I would say he's one of the greatest captains in the history of cricket. He has completely changed the outlook of an entire team and converted a meek, submissive team into a formidable side, capable of beating anyone.

There is obviously a fair bit of hyperbole in that statement and a larger dose of homegrown bias.

But - the transformation he has brought in mentality to perennial losers is really incredible. Bangladesh are still very much a mediocre side - but, the self belief, passion and professionalism he brought to the national team is immeasurable.

And tactically he was no mug either.
