Basically...only a certain amout of lift is generated by the wings of the aircraft. It can therefore only carry so much weight. So it may not be possible to put say 6 missiles on plane

can it also be equipped with a machine gun or a cannon. The aircraft can either carry missiles or the gun or can carry both. If the airframe and the engine can support both the gun and the 2 missiles then it can turn out to be a good option for COIN and for patrolling the western border after the fencing or even before it. Will also be quite cheaper than other options.

Mashak is a training aircraft and it looks good in its original role ... it is not designed for missile carrying purpose due to its design, avionics and performance limitation

A UCAV can carry 3-4 times that many missiles/bombs while providing better recon too. There is simply no need to use these rather than UCAV unless you're trying to save costs.

such mission is limited to COIN. not an all out war against columns of hostile armor. it wont survive long.
in counter insurgency if there is a sighting / tip off a high value target riding in a vehicle or a terror camp .. then this plane can fly over there without much noise disregarding the terrain issues

for more than 2 targets at a time
you call in a purpose built fighting plane

what abt k-8,atgms on it will be wise thing to destroy any armoured div

an armored div (or column) will come in with its own air defense protection and other jets it wont survive a regular military foe

these hybrids are only meant against small entities like smugglers and terror groups.

even much acclaimed A-10 has never flown against Iraq once complete air superiority was achieved and all worthy Iraqi air defense systems were decimated

war shouldnt be seen in an isolation. a hostile country as an enemy is always prepared and has layered defences and counters to the threats to their own forces.

if you will deploy them against a country like India then you will need to provide them air cover with F-16s and JF-17s which means they would need to be taken off from somewhere else.

K8s wont survive an enemy in a conventional war on their own but can work as an additional ground strike support if PAF already has a mission to send strike jets on enemy formations that are already provided with air cover.

other than that such Aeroplanes be only deployed once you have complete air dominance.
then you dont really care but realistically its impossible to achieve against a bigger stronger Indian force.
not even Iran I am sorry

they will do fine against insurgents freeing the regular jets precious flight ours or against a country like Afghanistan until they bring in better fighter jets and air defence systems
