Honestly, we have defined parameters for treason and hatred at a level which is not found anywhere else. Nawaz Sharif is a traitor, Musharraf is a traitor and basically everyone who goes against the Judiciary's or establishment's actions is labelled traitor and we start hating them. Benazir was a traitor for spilling secrets of the Sikh Movement in India to Rahul Gandhi, Bhutto was a traitor for dividing Pakistan but General Niazi is not a traitor for surrendering, General Ayub Khan is not a traitor despite allowing India a reprieve in '65 by changing command to Yahya Khan from Akhtar Hussain Malik, multiple coup's (desecration of constitution of Pakistan), the overnight release of NOC to General Raheel Sharif to serve in the international coalition against the law, extension to Bajwa as if all following Generals were incompetent etc. The list just goes on and on and on.
In my opinion, we should stop hating people for treason, especially after driving them there; start hating them for corruption, greed, abuse/misuse of authority and intervention into mandate of other agencies/organizations.
