Markets and restaurents will be closed after 8pm

A very good decision.

We need to save energy and work more during daylight instead of starting business at midday and closing shops at midnight. Not just during economic crises but during regular/normal times too(which in our case never really happens).

Weddings should be limited to 1-2 days only and should have only 50-100 guests, culturally.

While I am myself an austere person at a personal level, I don't think such a model works in societies like India and Pak where many people are self employed and depend on long working hours to earn their bread. Our populations do not have much options in terms of recreation, and spending time outdoors after work and after dark in restaurants, cafes and shops is our idea of fun. This late night culture is integral to the economic and mental well being of our society. Now people will become more depressed, have fazool time on their hands for doing bak bak and will spread negativity on top of already negative atmosphere :p:

Are we in better position than Argentina tho?

Simply close the internal wing, the political engineering cell of GHQ/ISI, problem solved.

If not close the god-forsaken GHQ.

lol most people get free at 6 or 7 from their jobs and then go to markets. Basically eliminating the busiest time for the restaurants etc. Destroying the economy further. This genius economist was in the UK and they never bothered to use his services. When they flew out german engineers after ww2 .

We have a weather issue. Hot weather, parking problem, non AC shops. People usually come out after sunset or back from work. Some of the businesses like jewelry shops, garments, or luxury item shops open around 12 or after 12 pm....we have an extremely unorganized culture.

سارا دن بند کر دو ویسے کونسا کوئی کھاتا ہے جا کر جتنی مہنگائی ہو گئی سب اپنے گھر میں کھاتے ہیں

Didn't we make the football that Argentina used to win the recent Word Cup? :D
better labour in leather sweatshops than being bum boys for warlords in the tribal belt, I suppose.

small mercies, silver linings, and so on...

Yes weather is also an issue. Don't know how the commercial rentals are in Pak, but in India they are quite extortionate. It is simply not possible to make money operating limited hours. On top of it with the e-commerce onslaught, the brick and mortar shops are already struggling.
