I think, the year 1751 given in the map is a mistake. The Battle of Plassey was in 1757 and British got the Dewani authority sometime after that from the Mughal Delhi. So, 1751 should be corrected.

Sikhism came into being from Hinduism. It is a dharmic religion. But it is not hinduism even if it came from hinduism. You cant say christianity is jewish, cos it came from a jew. Islam is a abrahamic religion that does not mean i can call muslim states as christian or jewish states. Same for hinduism and sikhism

We are brothers. We go to each others' worship places. We have Hindus and Sikhs in the same family.
