Maoists plan new strategies to expand base
TNN | Dec 17, 2012, 06.28AM IST*
RAIPUR: Outlawed Communist Party of India (Maoist) has formulated a comprehensive strategy for 'New Democratic Revolution' through a combination of military and political tactics to create base areas in the country side and gradual encirclement and capture of urban areas.

The CPI (Maoist) vision for it's 'protracted people's war' against the Indian state is elucidated in its strategy paper titled 'Strategy and Tactics of the Indian Revolution'. This Maoist document contains a comprehensive plan of action to capture political power and usher in the 'New Democratic Revolution' in India.

According to a PIB press release, union minister of state for Home R P N Singh had informed the Rajya Sabha that the CPI (Maoist) was the largest left wing extremist organization operating in the country and it was also response for almost 80 % of Naxal violence reported during the current year.

He said the objective involving creation of 'base areas', gradual encirclement and capture of the urban areas is sought to be achieved through armed warfare by the 'People's Liberation Guerilla Army' cadres of the CPI (Maoist).

Political mobilization through its 'front organizations' and alliances with other insurgent outfit, which in CPI (Maoist) parlance is called the 'Strategic United Front'.

Chhattisgarh has consistently remained the worst Naxal affected State with the rebels being active and have their presence in nearly half of the state's 27 districts. The Maoists are hyper active in tribal Bastar region, where they have established their liberated zone of 'Dandakaranya', spread over the forest regions of Bastar and parts of Andhra Pradesh. However, the state and security forces describe this region as "areas dominated by the Maoists".

I can see why they would get stronger. People are fed up. All North Indian rivers are too polluted to bathe, laws are not keeping up with the times for example rape, corruption, money in Swiss banks, etc. People are beginning to believe the Maoists while bad in some ways would be more effective than the crap democracy we have now. Its a farce when you see the Gandhi family ruling this country on and off for 50 yrs. Get the fuk out of here. On the other hand you have a radical Hindu wannabe. Where are the normal smart ppl...so sad

.
So planning new sh!t=getting stronger:lol:

Casualties due to maoists terror in 2012 is the lowest in 2 decades.

. .
So you mean to say its matter of few years.....................Maoist will be in Delhi....................

I think they have adapted their ideology. Don;t forget after 26/11 they stood firm with India. Killing ppl doesn;t achieve much and its not in their best interest. Really all they have to do is let a few corruption scandlas become exposed and that will push them in a more positive light. Hell, They could help India by doing as much as they can to expose the deep rooted corruption.

nothing can be furthur than truth.. what is surprising is, even when some local here will debunk this piece of crap, some retards will continue to harp the same BS on and on like a broken record !!

. .
So you mean to say its matter of few years.....................Maoist will be in Delhi....................

they will never come out of their hole i.e forests!!! Once they come face to face even police will kill them like rats!!

.
How exactly did they do that?

They made an announcement stating that they were totally against that act and had nothing to do with it. later on, as the Indian govt made inroads into their strongholds and hit them hard, they supposedly developed a nexus with ISI, Don;t know what is true since it woul dbe in the INdian govt;s best interest to push forth such info, to stop the movement from gathering steam. You got to remember this group had ample support from certain elements in past and present govt.

Hmm.....say Maoist usurp the regime and take control of India...then the world would have to deal with a communist India. I think that would be particularly bad for some nations.

Oh I see. They made an announcement that they didn't do it. That's how Maoists "strongly stood behind India" when 26/11 happened. I should have made such an announcement too, if that's what counts. By the way Pakistan too made such announcements, as did hafiz saeed and the lashkar e toiba. Guess they all strongly stood behind India.

It would be particularly bad for a nation called India. But then we don't have to worry about such a scenario, because they can get as strong as they want in their hidey holes in the forests. They will never come out of the forests thanks to our CRPF and state police forces. And even in the forests, the COBRAs are picking them out one by one every day of the week. A bunch of thugs who kill the odd policemen and a few tribals every now and then - that is what they have been reduced to. To call them insurgents is a gross insult to insurgents everywhere.
