Lol mate,me and my family can afford non-veggie food daily if we want to but still i have chosen not to consume any sort of non-veg food.Plus these is also a reason for that.When i was in the high school i used to weigh more than 95 kgs and was an avid consumer of non-veg food.But then someone told me the downside of eating non-veg food and hence i turned into a complete veggie.Now i weigh a little more than 70 kgs and i am as healthy as an ox.The funniest thing is that i haven't done anything out of the books to reduce by obesity,heck i don't even do physical exercises everyday(being an extremely lazy person) but still my weight automatically got reduced despite the fact that i continued to eat the same amount of food as i did when i used to have non-veg food.So from my personal experience i can tell you that eating healthy vegetarian food will keep your weight checked and will keep you healthy in the long term..
