actually people confuses name northern areas they call swat kaghan ajk murree side northern areas while northern areas term was only used for GB before its name ,, GB do have lush green forest but those are very few

Yup, your cent percent correct. But now that Gilgit-Baltistan has its proper name I kinda like the idea of referring to all the mountain infested areas up north to be called the Northern Areas of Pakistan, more in terms of geography rather than political or administrative reasons.
