Ancillary equipment, spare and repair parts, support equipment, training services, and logistics support will also be provided by Harris.

Well then considering the fact that the vehicular set heats up when used with APU for the 200 Amp Bty, and the 9651 gets too hot to hold during summers and that data tfr is complex and unreliable, I would say that Aselsan f'ed up.I used to remove those stickers to piss off the guys from NRTC coming to our office.
All NRTC did was recieve the box from aselsan and put a sticker on it.
