No this means India is becoming reckless and starting confessing the sins without remorse. It means India is comfortable with Western countries too much. A terrorist country with nuclear weapons wants to become the permanent member of UN Security council. I would waive that chance. If by some odd chance India gets that membership then the World should say good bye to peace and stability in the region.
